The previous terms said app use requires agreement to the terms. Final terms must add the legal entity, eligibility, governing law, jurisdiction, store-specific terms, and refund language.

The previous terms included a medical disclaimer. Phase 3 also publishes a standalone disclaimer route so health and AI limitations are visible near product education.

Subscription, cancellation, and payment-provider language is not approved. Actual App Store, Play Store, RevenueCat, Razorpay, and backend behavior must be reconciled before launch.

The draft includes prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and changes-to-terms language. Counsel must review enforceability and notice requirements.
