Summary
Eleviy uses data only for product functionality, security, user support, analytics with your consent, subscription billing and entitlement management, legal compliance, and user-requested workflows such as export and deletion. We do not sell, rent, trade, or provide your personal or sensitive data to any third party for their own independent commercial use.
This page provides a feature-by-feature summary of data flows in the current app version. The Privacy Policy at https://eleviy.com/privacy-policy is the governing legal document. The Data Deletion page at https://eleviy.com/data-deletion explains how to request account and data deletion.
Subscriptions, purchases, and billing
Eleviy Premium is offered through monthly and annual in-app subscription plans. Purchases in the Android app are processed through Google Play using RevenueCat for entitlement management; purchases in the iOS app are processed through Apple in-app purchase systems where available. Google Play or the App Store shows the final local price, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and any eligible trial or introductory offer before you confirm purchase.
Subscription data is used to display available plans, start purchases, apply eligible trial, introductory, or promo-code benefits, restore previous purchases, keep Premium access active across supported devices, reconcile account status with the backend, send account-relevant subscription status notices, prevent fraud and abuse, and support refunds, disputes, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Eleviy receives store product IDs, plan IDs, entitlement status, purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, expiration, billing-issue, grace-period, account-hold, plan-change, trial, promo, restore-purchase, purchase-token or original-transaction-ID references, RevenueCat billing-event payloads, and app user ID records; Eleviy does not receive or store full payment card details or app-store payment credentials.
Premium access may include higher or unlimited limits for AI meal photo logging, AI coach messages, progress photo analysis, weekly AI reports, voice meal logging, adaptive workout plan generation, priority AI response speed, early access to new features, and priority support, as shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscription entitlements continue only while the subscription, trial, introductory offer, promo benefit, grace period, account-hold access period, or legally required access period remains active.
You can restore purchases in the app. You can manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions from the Premium or account settings area in the app through the Google Play subscription management link. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the current billing period unless Google Play, Apple, or applicable law provides a different remedy.
Promotional offers and referrals
Eleviy may run limited-time promotional offers that grant free Premium access at no charge and with no payment method required. These offers are separate from Google Play and Apple subscriptions: they are granted by Eleviy directly, nothing is charged when they end, and there is nothing to cancel. When a promotional grant ends, the account returns to the free plan unless a paid subscription is active.
A referral offer works by giving each account a shareable code. When someone signs up and enters that code, Eleviy records a link between the two accounts, the code used, the time, the IP address at the moment the code was entered, and a one-way hashed value derived from the app installation identifier. Free days are granted to both accounts only after the invited account completes setup and uses the app on the number of separate days stated in the offer.
The IP address and hashed installation identifier are used only to prevent one person from claiming rewards repeatedly through duplicate accounts. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or location inference. Eleviy does not read your contacts or your list of installed apps in order to send invitations; sharing happens through your device share sheet and you choose the recipient.
The person who invites others sees only how many of their invitations have qualified. They do not see the identity or activity of the people they invited. Rewards can be withheld or reversed where an offer has been abused. Referral and grant records are included in your data export and are removed through the normal account deletion process.
Account and profile
Account data is used to create and secure your account, verify your email address, support Google or Apple social sign-in, rotate and revoke session tokens, restore access after password reset, apply your region and unit preferences, and process your data export or deletion requests.
Profile data — including your fitness goal, current and target weight, height, biological sex, age, activity level, fitness level, dietary preferences, food allergies, available equipment, training schedule, coaching mode, and custom coach instructions — is used to personalize your calorie and macro targets, meal guidance, workout plans, reminders, AI coach context, reports, and progress summaries.
Nutrition, meal analysis, camera, and microphone
Meal logging supports text entry, barcode scanning, meal photo capture and analysis, voice meal logging, manual corrections, and saved custom foods. Eleviy uses this data to identify ingredients, estimate calories and macros, log meal timing, measure daily nutrition totals, and build your food history.
When you use the meal photo scan feature, your photo is sent to an AI vision service to identify foods and estimate nutrients. When you use the voice meal logging feature, your audio clip is sent to a speech-to-text or AI service to transcribe the meal description. Barcodes are checked against first-party records or third-party food databases. You should always review AI-generated estimates before saving them.
Camera access is required for meal photo scanning, menu scanning, pantry or fridge scanning, barcode scanning, and progress photo capture. Microphone access and audio recording permission are required for voice meal logging. Selecting existing images uses the system photo picker without requiring media library access permissions.
Fitness, progress, and readiness
Workout and progress features use your workout plans, completed sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights, exercise choices, body metrics, personal records, fatigue scores, TDEE estimates, and weekly activity summaries to support workout planning, progress review, and coaching.
Readiness data you enter voluntarily — such as subjective sleep quality, energy levels, and recovery ratings — is used to generate readiness insights, inform AI coaching context, and adjust workout intensity recommendations.
Cycle data (manual entry)
Cycle Sync is optional and available only for users with an eligible profile. When you enable Cycle Sync, you can enter your last period start date and average cycle length manually.
Eleviy does not request Health Connect permissions on Android or Apple Health permissions on iOS. All cycle data is entered manually by the user. Eleviy does not import steps, sleep records, active calories, heart rate, or any other health platform data types, nor does it write any data to Health Connect or Apple Health.
Cycle data is used solely to calculate your current cycle phase and provide phase-aware workout intensity notes, nutrition notes, reminders, and AI coach context. Cycle data is never used for advertising, data brokerage, third-party marketing, fertility advice, contraception guidance, medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decisions.
You can disable Cycle Sync at any time in Settings. Disabling Cycle Sync deletes the saved cycle profile from Eleviy.
AI coaching and processing
AI coaching features use your chat messages to Aria (the AI coach), your recent meal logs, workout context, profile settings, cycle context (if enabled), readiness context (if enabled), and recent conversation history to generate personalized coaching responses, meal analysis, workout guidance, quick insights, and weekly reports.
AI output is educational support and not medical advice. It can be incomplete or incorrect. Eleviy may store your prompts, AI responses, token metadata, and report content to provide chat history, support regeneration of messages, enable safety review, help debug errors, and improve reliability. You should never share personal financial information, passwords, emergency health information, medication details, or other highly sensitive personal information through the AI chat.
AI providers named in our Privacy Policy (such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or Google Gemini, depending on configuration) process your prompts and relevant context only as necessary to generate the AI response. They are data processors acting on Eleviy's behalf, not independent data controllers for your data.
SDKs and notifications
Eleviy uses Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens and your notification preferences to send reminders, nudges, and account-relevant updates that you enable, including subscription billing-issue or plan-change notices when needed. Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash reports and diagnostic information so we can investigate and fix crashes and reliability issues.
Named Android SDKs and libraries currently used in the app include: Firebase Core, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC); Google Sign-In (Google LLC); RevenueCat Purchases for subscription entitlements, purchases, restores, and store offer display; Google Play Billing as used through RevenueCat for Android in-app subscriptions; camera plugin for meal and progress photo capture; image picker for selecting images from device media; mobile_scanner for barcode and QR scanning; record plugin for audio recording for voice meal logging; speech_to_text for speech transcription; flutter_local_notifications for local notification delivery; permission_handler for runtime permission requests; connectivity_plus for network state; share_plus for sharing content; url_launcher for opening links; flutter_secure_storage for secure local token storage; drift with sqlite3 for offline local data caching; and shared_preferences for app preferences.
Eleviy reviews the Google Play SDK Index and provider documentation before each release and keeps the Google Play Console Data Safety form aligned with the actual SDK behavior, permissions used, and backend deletion and export behavior for every release.
Website data
The Eleviy website collects only the information you submit in forms or allow through consent controls. Contact, waitlist, newsletter, and partnership forms may store your email address, name, message content, source page, consent timestamp and text, and anti-spam validation signals.
Website analytics are consent-gated where enabled. Our analytics validation blocks obvious sensitive fields — including health data, meal data, workout data, email addresses, passwords, tokens, IP addresses, and message content — from being included in analytics event payloads.
Permissions used
Camera: Required for meal photo scanning, menu and pantry scanning, and barcode scanning.
Microphone and audio recording: Required for voice meal logging and voice input features.
System photo picker: Used when you select existing images for meal analysis (no media library access permission is requested or required).
Push notifications: Used for reminders, nudges, and account-relevant app messages you enable, including subscription billing-issue or plan-change notices.
Internet: Required for all network-dependent features.
If you deny a permission, the feature that requires it will not be available, but other app features should continue to work. You can change any permission at any time through the Eleviy app settings or through your device settings.
Controls and user rights
You can request a data export from Settings in the Eleviy app.
You can request account deletion from Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account in the app, or from the public web page at https://eleviy.com/data-deletion (works even if you have uninstalled the app).
You can disable Cycle Sync (which deletes the saved cycle profile) from Settings > Cycle Sync.
You can restore purchases from the Premium screen. You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription from the Premium or account settings area through the Google Play subscription management link. Account deletion, app deletion, or logging out does not cancel app-store subscriptions.
You can update your notification preferences in Settings > Notifications.
You can unsubscribe from email communications using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting info@eleviy.com.
The Google Play Console Data Safety form is kept synchronized with this page, the Privacy Policy, the app permissions declared in the AndroidManifest, the actual SDK behavior, and the backend deletion and export behavior for every release. If you notice any discrepancy, please contact info@eleviy.com.
